EDIT: #2 – TheBrickFan is reporting here that this set will be available at LegoLand California later this summer.  His news is usually dead on correct, so I would take this as truth and assume that we will see it with the second wave of Batman Movie sets this summer!  Yea!!!!!!!!  If you cannot wait, a few are showing up on eBay, but I think I can wait.

No word yet on if the package will change to remove the Asian writing, but based on the Kiss Kiss batman polybag, I would assume that it will not.

It looks like this is still an exclusive in the East.  Currently in Malaysia, and previously at Toys R Us in Asia as well.  Here is the current promotion.  If you are not in Asia, you can pick it up on eBay here.

I just found a better image of this set than i had previously, so I am uploading it.  I love this figure and it will be a great torso for custom minifigures!  I have heard that this will be a free give away in the Asian markets originally and I am still hearing the same.
