Just found on an eBay auction.  Looks to be the Sentry figure from Lego set 76029  – Iron Man VS Ultron

This is called Sub Ultron-Officer on lego.wikia.com

You can see the full line of Lego Super Heroes figures with current values here.

See here for further details and to buy it if you want.  It looks like it is produced in Mexico so this is probably a valid leak.
