I picked this up on an eBay auction in Germany about a month or two ago when we were not sure where this minifigure was going to show up.  I believe that the seller obtained these as extras or early prototypes, but I am not sure how they were obtained.  Here is a link to one of the auctions as he had a few of them at the time and I am not sure which one was mine anymore.  See here for the original ebay auction.  Additionally, I just checked eBay and I only found one current auction.  See here for that one.

It looks to me like the only differences are the hair and the fact that the red cape is not spongy, but rather a stiff cape as in the older style minifigures.  And of course the yellow super girl stand!
