How does affiliate marketing work?

When you make a purchase or carry out some other action as direct result of clicking on a link at minifigpriceguide.com, minifigpriceguide.com may receive a small commission.

As an example, when you click on a link on one of my posts to Amazon.com or Ebay.com and purchase an item, minifigpriceguide.com receives a small commission. In fact, minifigpriceguide.com will receive one whether you buy the item or something else entirely.

The level of commission varies by the merchant but generally it is a few percentages of the price of the item purchased.

The vast majority of the links on our site lead to affiliate merchants and work in this way.

eBay

“When you click on links to various merchants on this site and make a purchase, this can result in this site earning a commission. Affiliate programs and affiliations include, but are not limited to, the eBay Partner Network.”

My Ethics

I post interesting items that I find that I am interested in or that I think that my readers may be interested in. The links in these articles are sometimes affiliate links.

I give honest opinions about items that I look at, but mostly I just find items that I think are interesting. In general, I do not say negative comments about Lego or sites. I usually just do not post items that I do not like. However, I do not like to dog on Lego because it is my favorite Hobby. Plenty of other sites on the web give nice reviews of sets.

By posting these items, I am not suggesting that you purchase them, I am just showing items that I think are interesting or that I think you may be interested in.

Our merchants

As of April 2016 minifigpriceguide.com has a relationship with the following merchants:

LEGO

Amazon

eBay

Target

Thank you for your patronage!

I run this site by myself as a hobby after my day job. My goal is to share my love of Lego Minifigures and find other people that are also interested in lego minifigures!

It takes a lot of my time to run minifigpriceguide.com and the money i make from affiliate marketing costs you nothing but help keeps us online. Thank you for your continued support!
