Very Rare indeed figure!<\/p>\n

I just love it when I learn about a new minifigure that I have\u00a0never heard mention of. \u00a0It makes my day to try to learn everything about the minifigure and where any of them exist. \u00a0Today was just such a day.<\/p>\n

\"Lego<\/a><\/p>\n

Today I received an email from a reader (thanks mp mikey) that suggested that my top 100 list was missing a figure. \u00a0The reader pointed me to the video shown below that shows this chrome gold plated Emmet minifigure that was given as a prize in the contest in 2014. \u00a0I will definitely need to add this figure to the list<\/a>!<\/p>\n

I watched the video and I was amazed. \u00a0This one had completely passed me by and I had not even heard of it. \u00a0I pm the author of the video and learned that he had in fact won the prize in this contest\u00a0<\/a>a few years back.<\/p>\n

Lego used to have\u00a0some additional information on the prize winners of the contest here<\/a>. \u00a0They appear to be gone now. \u00a0I am not sure why people keep killing off old content on their websites? \u00a0Does the storage cost too much lego? \u00a0What gives?<\/p>\n

It appears that the contest had a larger prize (A large brick built Emmet figure) and that these gold chrome Emmet Statues are the awards that were given out for being considered in the contest. \u00a0But if you ask me, this was\u00a0the better prize!<\/p>\n

Here are some additional pictures that Yop Animations was nice enough to send to me so we could see his great prize. \u00a0One interesting item to note is that this package appears to have three different item numbers!<\/p>\n
