Located 3 new Lego Employee Business cards through reader feedback

I currently have about 50 of these listed in the priceguide.  These are images that I have collected over the past few years in an attempt to learn about all of the ones that exist.  These are not my collection.  I wish they were, but as I have to assume I will be lucky to see a few of these in my life, I am limited to collection images.

Readers recently informed me of three figures that I was not previously aware of.  The first one case as part of this image from a reader Jeffery V on the AFOL Facebook group.

This picture has a few figures in it that I am going to need to hunt down more info on, but the one that caught my eye was the Tim Courtney Business Card below.

Next up is this Camilla Bottke figure which was posted on Lego Photographers Facebook Group page.

Once I knew that this one existed, a google search turned up another image of this one here as an entry to a contest.   If you follow through to the link, you will find a few more pictures of this one.

Last but not least is this minifigure that a reader pointed me to on Imgur.  I had not seen this one before which surprised me since the figure has over 2 million views.  That is right, 2 million views.  Wow, I have never seen a lego related post with 2 million views.

mikkel holm

I picked up the name Mikkel Holm from this posting on reddit.  It appears that he was a Hotel Owner or Manager when Mikkel stayed at his hotel.

I am constantly making this search on eBay looking for more of these, but I only keep finding this set.

You can pre-order the book on Amazon here.  It is cheap enough at 9 bucks that the book is free with purchase of the figure.  Also, you can never go wrong with the Zombie figures.  People just gobble these up.

When I was in High school and college, this was one of my favorite tv shows.  I loved the x-files and we watched it regularly.   Well, the creator of the Lego Ideas Ghostbusters set has decided to try a crack at a Lego X-Files set.  I want to believe that Lego will rethink this one.

This minifigure was given away as part of the 2014 Cincinnati Comic Expo in September of 2014 in “You guessed it!” Cincinnati Ohio.  🙂  I just found this guy over on eBay and this is the first one of these that I have ever seen so far.  I completely missed this one.

This is the only one that I have seen on eBay.  You can get a look at a bigger picture on his auction here.

I am certain that this is a custom, but it carries a bit of an official feel since it was limited to 500 and because it was a promotional item at a fairly big Comic Con Convention.  I am going to need to start watching these and picking these up when the conventions are on.  This one in particular is really nice.

On the front of the card, it states.

“Favorite Comic – The Adventures of Brickman – Limited Edition of 500 – About the Comic Fan – The comic fan is able to go from the imaginative world of bricks and blocks to the illustrative pages of comics all at the Cincinnati comic expo”

Here is the back of the card.  It says

“Bricks by the Banks”

Here is a close up of the torso and the Brickman comic.  He has Cincinnati Comic Expo and a name tag on the front of his shirt.  He also has a custom printed BrickMan comic book as well.  Very nice looking.

Found this on eBay a few weeks back and I almost pulled the trigger and bought it as I thought it looks legit.  I also thought I remembered hearing about Lego making some of these back in the day, but I cannot find any details?  Does anyone know anything more about these?

Here is a picture and here is the item on eBay.  It looks to be about 8 inches tall?  It also looks like it was produced by Lego.

I went back a few days later and it was already gone.  My loss.  But I am still interested in learning about it.

The other thing that makes me think that this is legit is that is was being sold by a reputable Lego dealer that sells quite a bit.  Premiumbricks on ebay.
