The lego Group released this poster yesterday for everyone to download and print at their enjoyment. I am not sure if they are going to release or give away a paper copy of this.
Here are thumbnails to the HI-RES images. You can click on them to get the full size images.
A = Admiral Ackbar – The public got its first glimpse of this minifigure at the 2009 San Diego Comic-Con
B – Boba Fett – Very rare gold, silver, bronze and white versions of Boba Fett have been given away as special prizes over the years.
C = Chewbacca – The 2014 update to the Chewbacca minifigure features more realistic printing to the headpiece in addition to new sculpting. His legs are now printed with a hairy pattern as well.
D = Darth Vader – A special chrome version was created for
the 10th Anniversary of LEGO Star Wars in 2009.
E = Erza Bridger – Ezra carries a helmet that closely resembles the
early concept art for the Snowtrooper design.
F = Figrin D’AN – You can tell Figrin D’an from the rest of the Modal Nodes by his Kloo horn. Do you know what a Kloo horn looks like?
G = General Grevious – The first version of Grievous used recycled battle droid parts but a more realistic version with a new torso, head and legs was created in 2010.
H = Han Solo – Other variants of this minifigure have featured different colored legs but Han Solo is hardly ever without his belt and holster.
I = IG-88 – The robotic bounty hunter IG-88 shares many of the same body elements with the battle droids but the dark grey color and a unique printed IXI round element for a head sets him apart.
J = Jabba The Hutt – Jabba’s olive green skin color matches that of the latest Gamorrean Guard minifigures. This new color was introduced into the LEGO palette in 2012.
K = Kashyyyk Trooper – The 41st Elite Corps came to the defense Of the on Kashyyyk, thus their jungle – inspired camouflage. The first
minifigure with camouflage was Endor Luke Skywalker from set number 7128.
L = Luke Skywalker – Luke Skywalker leads the pack with the most LEGO minifigures. In fact, with all his costume changes, re-issues and variants, there are currently thirty-six versions!
M = Mon Mothma – The Rebel Alliance leader is the first minifigure to don a white cape.
N = Nute Gunray – Except for a generic Neimoidian Warrior
released in 2014, Nute is the only member of his species to be
created in LEGO form.
O = Obi-Wan Kenobi – Obi-Wan is best known for his calm sense of
being. However, most of his minifigure faces include smirks or testy
expressions reflecting the many challenges he faced over the years.
Obi-Wan appears in twenty-five different LEGO Star Wars sets!
P = Princess Leia – Princess Leia’s signature two braided bun hairstyle was created specifically for her minifigure. The
hairpiece underwent a design overhaul in 2011.
Q = Queen Amidala – Queen Amidala also had minifigures listed as
Padmé Naberrie and Padmé Amidala but this is the only one where she is wearing her royal attire.
R = R2-D2 – Artoo’s leg element was initially designed with him in mind but now has been molded in eight different colors to date and
shows up in many different LEGO themes.
S = Stormtrooper – The Stormtrooper helmet has undergone many
different printing variations since it was introduced but the element mold itself has remained unchanged since it first appeared in 2001.
T = Tusken Raider – The newly redesigned Tusken Raider features a more movie-realistic sculpted head.
U = Umbaran Soldier – Umbarans fought alongside the Separatists in the Clone Wars. Their pressure suits and vacuum-sealed helmets were filled with a special kind of gas that increased the Umbaran’s
reaction time and agility.
V = V-Wing Pilot – This minifigure is built from the exact same
piece as the Clone Pilot but with black Imperial coloring and relevant emblems.
W = Wampa – The Wampas left hand is molded so he can dangle
Luke Skywalker upside down as he drags him back to his ice cave.
X = X-Wing Pilot – Two Rebel pilots wore the white helmet with the blue Alliance symbols: Wenton Chen (Red 11) and Dak Ralter Luke(snowspeeder gunner).
Y = Yoda – Yoda’s diminutive stature necessitated the creation of a new type of short leg piece in 2003.
Z =Zeb Orrelios – Zeb’s character design is actually based on early
concept art of Chewbacca during the first drafts for the original Star Wars movie.
