Check out this display case from Indonesia – I think I want a few or maybe more than a few

I contacted this seller here and he is currently only selling in Indonesia, but this case looks really awesome and it solves so many problems.  I can already see my minifigures all nicely lit up and protected from dust and looking super fine!

I thought you all would enjoy the look of this display case as well.  Please send em a picture and your reviews if you already have one of these via Facebook PM.  I am going to see how much shipping to the US will cost, but I am sure it will not be cheap.  I will let you know if I can get one shipped!

I really like the lighting on this display case and how well it display a lot of figures in a small space.  It also looks like it will handle the Lego BigFigs like the Hulk and the new Bane!

I have started using these for quite a few of my display minifigures and for the most part, they are the easiest solution.  I just saw these on sale over at Amazon and picked up a few.  I thought some of you might be interested.

Lego Disney Minifigures 71012 Hair Pieces from Alibaba

The first thing that we notice with these is that the heads will not be molded like with the Simpsons.  So that is a nice piece of news.  I see benefits either way, but I believe that a lot of people prefer classic minifigures.

Earlier today, we reported here the following.

On the Disney front in the 71012 Collectible Minifigure set from Disney this spring, we are hearing confirmation on this Eurobricks thread from AmazingBriicks that we will be getting a Genie.

Just2Good has also confirmed Syndrome and Mr Incredible for the DIsney Series this spring as well.  See here.

So we now should know for sure the following.

  • Captain Cook
  • Genie
  • Syndrome
  • Mr Incredible
  • Peter Pan (just confirmed)
  • Ursula
  • Unknown Hair.  See above.  (One of our readers has suggested that this may be Dash.  What do you think?  See comments below).

They know the other 10, so I am guessing that the other 10 will be slowly leaked over the next few days!

If you look at this picture posted by Galaad, you can see that the Disney Series 71012 will have 18 characters in it and not 16.  If you look at the pic two down, you can see that 71012 is in fact the Disney series.

EDIT: I posted this case a few months ago and I came back to look at it again today.  This case is really nice and I keep thinking that it would make a nice edition.

I am not sure words can describe how much I now need to find this case and purchase one.  I will add more after I look around at this a little more tomorrow.  This is almost the perfect display to hold the full collection of Star Wars minifigures and keep them dust free at the same time.

I am not positive, but I believe that this will have an exclusive minifigure with it when it is released on March 1, 2015.  We will need to wait to see which one that it is.

Lego Star Wars Minifigure Display in Toys R Us – Do you see the missing Figure?

I ran across this last night at my local Toys R Us.  I noticed that it only has 24 minifigures in it and that they counted Rey twice.  The new Star Wars sets have a total of 25 unique figures counteing Rey Once.  26 if you count her headpiece as a different figure.  However, this display only has a total of 24 figures in it.  They excluded two.   Do you see the missing figures?Lego ToyRUs Minifigure Store Display 2015

We have seen many of these over the past few years on eBay here.  I think that this is the forth or fifth variety of these minifigure displays that I have seen.

As an added note, the operator of Minifigs.nl also pointed out that we are missing one of the First Order Crew members as we have two unique First Order Crew Members.  One with a Dark head and one with a light head.
