Uh, Batman called and he is embarrassed to be dressed like this! –  Based on the look of this figure, I have no doubt that we will see one of these in minifigure form as well!  Source Amazon

EDIT:  A fellow collector that has one of these provided an update to this description – Dirk is LEGO Certified Professional and professional presenter, and he made this minifigure to celebrate his 20 anniversary on stage. He gave this figure to some people attending a workshop in Billund 3 years ago.

This is an interesting find that some of you may be interested in.  I just found this on eBay here –
