All in all, we have had about 125 new minfigures over the past week. I put links to all of them at the bottom of this post. First up and most unique is the Lego Tartan Batman figure from the Lego Batman movie.
I just found a good pic of this figure on Bricklink. This is the new figure from the Lego Batman Movie Activity Book that we saw on Amazon a few days ago here. This figure looks pretty good. I was trying to figure out what Tartan Batman was until a reader told me that tartan means (per wikipedia)
“Tartan is a pattern consisting of criss-crossed horizontal and vertical bands in multiple colours. Tartans originated in woven wool, but now they are made in many other materials. Tartanis particularly associated with Scotland. Scottish kilts almost always have tartan patterns.”
This figure is an exclusive that comes with this book that is available for pre-order from Amazon. Here is the figure from the bricklink image. You can see it here. Someone in Poland had some for sale earlier this week. But they are all gone now. Someone must have gotten their hands on a lot from the factory? I am not sure.
