I posted about this back in March here and I never expected to see this anywhere.  It appears that the winner has posted this up for sale up on eBay here.  The funny part is that when this was given as a prize, it had a value of $4000 associated with it.  Did he have to pay taxes on this?  🙂  I wonder.  Click on the image below to see the listing.  Or click here.

“Wow! What an amazing gift this would be for any Batman and/or Lego lover! A perfect addition to that Batcave! This one of a kind custom Lenticular Mosaic, built by Lego’s master builders, was originally given away from a sweepstakes through Yoyo in March of 2015 (see last image for the original contest flyer).

Measures 30.5in by 45.5 inches including the very slim frame (.25in frame).
144 Studs by 96 studs total. There is a 2 stud board made with black plates.
A total of 12880 “cheese wedge” pieces arranged to create both images when viewed from right or left. “

  1. I was the seller of this item. I purchased this item from the original winner here in High Point NC. The winner did have to pay about $600 in taxes which is why he sold it to me. I ended up trading it to someone in Raleigh NC for some other lego items. It is probably now hanging in that person’s batcave by now. It was truly a fantastic piece. I am a photographer by trade so I took all of those photos so I could at least capture the awesomeness of this piece for others to see.
