Today, it was announced that we will get Lego sets for both of these movies in 2016. I am betting that we will see both of these at the New York Toy Fair later this year for release in February – March 2016.
It is just one more cool minifigure after another with Lego and I love it.
I expect that we will see the following minifigures.

Winter Soldier
War Machine
Falcon
Hawkeye
Vision
Black Widow
Scarlet Witch
Black Panther
Ant-Man? This may be a reach.
