I am not sure if you have seen this before.  I have been checking my local Toys R Us every day after work and nothing yet.  However, they did just post this up on the US Toys R Us site recently.  The page states that it is in store only, but now at least when you go into the store to ask, you can use the web site to tell them what you are looking for.  Good Luck.  Here is the link.

User Gerwyn E on Facebook just posted this link for the UK. It looks like you can just buy it online in the UK for 4.99 pounds and pick up in a store.

It says in store only and it states that this figure is exclusive to Toys R US.  I think that the official promotion will be with a $40 purchase, but maybe with this web page, you can get them to sell you one!  Here is a link to the offer on the Toys R Us facebook page.

I have still only been able to find these over on ebay so far.  But they are getting cheaper.  They are still at about $15.

New PolyBag Force Awakens 30605 Finn Minifigure Found by Brickset

Brickset posted today that a reader submitted an image of two new polybags for Star Wars the Force Awakens.  Ten one that I am interested in is the New Star Wars Finn Minifigure in the 30605 Polybag.

I see this over on Imgur as well with a little bit better resolution.  It appears that this figure will be exclusive since he appears to have sand on the armor on his chest!

It looks as if this will be a GameStop / Target / Amazon Exclusive with some new Video Game purchase since it has an unlock code on the front of the package.  This is similar to the Plastic Man figure that we saw a while back.

I believe that this is the same app as last year, but you can create a Lego Themed Holiday card pretty easily if you want.  On this website.  I wish they would add every minifigure option, but they have enough to make it fun.  How cool would that be?

Here is the one that I just created.  It allows you to put in your whole family and your pets.  You can then download the card, email it or share it on Facebook.  It also provided varied enough options that you can make each family member look unique.

De Bouwsteen means The Building Block in Dutch and is currently the largest lego club in the world with 700 member per the clubs website here.

The building block is the Dutch LEGO club, which was founded in 1994 by a few enthusiastic LEGO®bouwers and collectors. The association has approximately 700 members and is currently the largest Lego club in the world.

I was recently reacquainted with an Exclusive Minifigure that was produced for their show in 2005 while I was reading my Copy of I love that Minifigure!  De Bouwsteen Legoworld 2005 Minifig from the Annual Lego World Show in 2005 Front Bag I love That Minifigure Book Front I normally only buy these books for the figures, but I found myself really enjoying this one as it made me take notice of 7 or 8 minifigures that I had not decided to collect in the past.

Every year, they have an annual show called “The LEGO World Fan Event.   In 2005, at that event, they had an exclusive minifigure that came with the certificate shown and was limited to 1000 total being given away or produced.  I am not sure if they wee sold or given away or raffled off.

I picked one up on Bricklink recently.  You can see if they have any more here.  I picked it up from this store.  http://www.bricklink.com/store.asp?p=legoappie

He is currently number 43 on the top 100 most expensive list at about $125 US dollars.

On the certificate, it says that the figure was produced with Special Permission of the Lego Group and that it is limited to 1000 figures.  The certificate and the figure came in a small ziplock back with a de bousteen sticker to seal it up!
