If you have one or more of these figures or any other varieties, please contact me at shawn@minifigpriceguide.com to let me know if you would be willing to share pictures, or to trade it or to sell it.  I am interested in finding more information about these!

It looks like we have three figures displayed here.  “I Luv CPH”, “Copenhagen Rocks” and a figure with someones name on it, “Diana”

Most information is sourced from a now deadlink here from a FaceBook post by Facebook user Jens Hjorth here  .  Jens said that this was a project that he was working on for over 18 months!

Back in June of 2018, a few people and sites posted of this Minifigure  Factory that was having a test run over in the Lego Store in Copenhagen.  Specifically on June 18th, 2018.  I have waited to post on this to try to learn more information and to try to locate one of the minifigures to do a review.  However, by search has not been successful and I am  making a wanted post in order to find additional minifigures or pictures and to ask for your help.  Please contact me at shawn@minifigpriceguide.com if you have any further information.

From what I can read, the factory has the capacity to print 25 minifigures at a time.  It appears that you take a number, design your figure and then wait for the batch of 25 to be completed while you shop in the store.  It appears that the machine or an employee then flips the figures over to print the other side  🙂   Based on a little more research per CandidBricks, it looks like this machine is most likely a Roland DG UV Printer in some variation similar to this one here.  According to HothBricks, it is a Roland Versa UV printer.  See here

I am very hopeful that they decide to launch this worldwide, but I find it doubtful that they will decide that this is lucrative?  It seems like too much floor space for a product that will take a while to print and sell for $5 bucks in my opinion.  However, if I was smart, I would get a printer and put one of these in the mall right outside of a Lego store.  Probably a good idea if it is profitable.  People would probably also spend $10 bucks for this?

From everything that I could read, it appears that they set this up in the store for 2-3 days and for a cost of about $5 USD or 30DKK, you could print out a variety of custom minifigures based on some pre-selected designs!  It also appears that you could change the designs on the front and the back and that you could choose the color of the ink in some or all designs?    From the picture below you can see part of at least 6 designs that the machine had.  You can also see another design on two instagram posts that I linked below.

Lego Spiderman Prototype Minifigure – Most likely from a Toy Fair Display – Lego has been known to use stickers at the New York Toy Fair and a few others.  The seller stated that it was from a Lego Employee.  Saw it here on eBay

Official Lego Internal Business Unit Minifigures – 4 different ones to collect – Very Rare

This post and site contains Affiliate links. I may earn a small commission if you click on them. Click here for more details.

I finally received a set of pictures of all four of these minifigures from 2011.  I have been told that these are official LEGO minifigures that were created for some of the business units in LEGO headquarters.  These were only handed out to employees of Lego as far as I know.  I have been looking for a full set of these for several years, but as of now, I am still missing two of these.  The only place that I have been able to locate these are from collectors in Denmark.

I am not certain how many of these exist.  I am guessing that it is relatively low as I have only seen three complete sets of these ever.    These fall into the very rare category!

The four figures are as follows.

Buisness Partner Minifigure – Please note that Business is misspelled.  That was the way that is came from LEGO!

Center for Expertise

Governance & Control

Group Finance Operations

Thanks for looking and good luck finding these.

Orange Lego Test Print Superman Minifigure is one Superrare Superman Minifigure

This is definitely one to add to the price guide and it will probably come out near the top of the Super Hero Minifigures.  I do not know a whole lot about this figure, but the owner states that less than 5 of these exist and that they were made as a part of a test print when they were creating the Superman minifigure.

I love the stand and I believe that this guy would look great next to the other Superman minifigures in my collection.  Unlike some of the other waves of minifigures, I have seen very few test print or prototype Super Hero Minifigures hit the secondary market.  My best guess is that these have either been destroyed or highly coveted by the LEGO employees working on these projects.

Some of you will be familiar with the name on these pictures as he regularly puts up very expensive items on eBay and finds some of the best prototypes.  I would definitely check his listing whenever you get a chance.  Here are his items for sale.  I just checked and he does not have anything for sale right now, but he usually puts out a few very interesting items each year.    He also has a much better camera than I do, or at least he is more patient!

As an interesting fact, if you read this website here you will learn that the old Black and White Superman actually wore a brown suit that looks pretty orange in the pictures on the link above!  It appears that brown looked much better than blue in black and white pictures.  Here is a direct link to the original picture in case you are looking for the source.

It also looks like Superman has an orange suit here as well.

Finally, I found this orange / yellow suit Superman toy on ebay that is from the 1950’s here on ebay as well.  Not sure why this is not blue either!

TT Games Developer Acrylic Trophy Bricks Price Research

This post and site contains Affiliate links. I may earn a small commission if you click on them. Click here for more details.

I am starting a post to keep track of eBay auctions so that I can update some of the prices in the priceguide database.  See here.  These are selling so rarely now that it is getting more difficult to determine the prices.

These special Minifigure bricks are created by TT Games to mark the end of the development cycle for each of their Lego Video Games. Each of the bricks features a Title, The Lego Logo, a place for the minifigure to stand, the game that it is commemorating and the release date.  I have heard that the developer gets to pick which minifigure gets put into the trophy as part of their prize, so we should basically be able to see anything in these!
These acrylic bricks are only given to employees of TT Games if they have made a significant contribution to the production of one of their published LEGO titles
Size is approximately 3.5″ x 3.25″ x 1.5″

Saw this CP set over on eBay here.  This Lego set is limited to 350 copies and it was created for the 15th Anniversary of the IKEA store in Dresden.   I believe that it was only given to IKEA employees.

Webroot Lego Best Buy and Geek Squad Minifigures were handed out by Webroot at some Best Buy stores this week

This post and site contains Affiliate links. I may earn a small commission if you click on them. Click here for more details.

EDIT:  Wanted one of each variety.

Please contact me via facebook or send me a message at shawn@minifigpriceguide.com

I saw a few of these posted by Andy over on reddit and I contacted him and he gave me a few additional pictures as shown below.   Thanks for the photos Andy!  I really appreciate them!

I think that these are custom figures that Webroot had printed to give out to the stores.  However, it does look like they properly used real lego pieces which is a little extra something that I always appreciate.

It looks like they came on the card shown in shrink wrap and I believe that they were just handed out to employees at the stores!  I think that these look awesome!

I have heard that Best Buy is starting to sell Lego in some stores and if you ask me, this would be a good move on Best Buy’s part.  Especially since Toys R Us is having so many problems.

If anyone has other pictures, please send them my way.  It looks like they had a few different varieties from some of the posts that I saw.  Please see below.

Here is a girl Best Buy figure still on the card.  See here

and here is another male employee variety as well.  You can see the post on reddit here.

Thanks for looking and please like my facebook page if you want to see all cool Lego posts 🙂
